Common use of Additional Support Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Support Services. During the Term, and upon request by Zomedica, Qorvo will provide certain additional services to Zomedica pursuant to a Services SOW agreed to by the Parties that would govern the terms of such services (“Additional Services”). Each Services SOW will set forth at least the following information: (a) a description of the Additional Services agreed to by the Parties, and (b) the fees for the Additional Services (“Additional Service Fees”) No Services SOW or any Change Authorization thereto will be effective until executed by a duly authorized representative of each Party. Once so executed by each Party, each Services SOW (including any Change Authorization thereto) will be incorporated into this Agreement and subject to the terms hereof. Qorvo will invoice Zomedica for the Additional Service Fees on a calendar quarterly basis in equal installments in advance and Zomedica will pay all invoiced amounts in accordance with Section 7.8.3 (Payment Terms).
