Adhere to the FL Clause Samples

The "Adhere to the FL" clause requires parties to comply with the terms and requirements set forth in the Framework License (FL) referenced in the agreement. In practice, this means that any activities, obligations, or rights governed by the contract must align with the provisions of the FL, such as usage restrictions, reporting requirements, or intellectual property terms. This clause ensures consistency and legal compliance by making the FL an integral part of the agreement, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over which rules apply.
