The fees for cell site alarm monitoring for cell sites interconnected with NDS Switches or NDS-owned DAP Complex are included in the formulas set forth in Exhibit A. If a service-threatening alarm signal is received that is related to any Company cell site being monitored by the NDS hereunder, NWIP will notify the Company in accordance with the procedures applicable with respect to the monitoring of NDS cell site alarms. (b) Subject to NWIP's prior approval of the system or arrangement to be used by the Company, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld, the Company may assume responsibility for the monitoring of some or all of its cell site alarms. The Company and NWIP will coordinate to ensure that there is no unintended redundancy in their alarm monitoring efforts and that none of the Company's cell sites are left without alarm monitoring coverage. NWIP's approval will not be required for arrangements made by the Company for cell site alarm monitoring for cell sites not interconnected with an NDS Switch or NDS-owned DAP Complex.
Alarm Monitoring. (A) Following the installation of the new monitoring and alarm equipment, an employee will be paid (B) If an employee is called to respond to an alarm outside of the regular work schedule, the employee will be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay at the applicable rate subject to the following: (1) If an employee resonds to multiple alarms or calls during this initial two (2) hour period after first call to respond, the employee will be paid for only the two (2) hours, if the necessary work is completed during the two (2) hour period. (2) If additional time is needed to complete the necessary work, the employee will be compensated at the applicable rate. (C) If an employee is called to respond to additional alarms after two (2) hours have passed from the previous call, the employee will be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) additional hours of pay at the applicable rate subject to the following: (1) If an employee resonds to multiple alarms or calls during this or any subsequent two (2) hour period after the initial call to respond, the employee will be paid for only the two (2) hours in the subsequent period, if the necessary work is completed during the two (2) hour period.
Alarm Monitoring. Where a hardware input is being monitored for an alarm, this marker should not be used in the program for machine control. Instead the inverse of the alarm should be used. For example: A water-cooled power supply is used on the machine, if water flow is not detected the power supply should not be shut off before generating an alarm, therefore a "NO WATER FLOW FAILURE" Alarm condition should be used to switch on the power supply instead of the "WATER FLOW = PRESENT" input marker.

Alarm Monitoring. 10.1 BT will collect network management alarms on a 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365(6) days a year basis. All alarms will be analysed and, if found to relate to an Incident, will be dealt with through the Incident management process set out in this Schedule and Schedule 5 Part 2.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Telephone Monitoring You agree that Chase and its third-party service providers may listen to and record telephone calls as part of providing program services.
