Allocation of Fuel Sample Clauses

Allocation of Fuel. Gatherer shall allocate Fuel (included Gas used as Fuel and the cost of electricity used as Fuel), on a Monthly basis, to each Receipt Point upstream of a System Compressor Station on a pro rata basis, based upon a fraction, the numerator of which is the total volume of Gas measured at such Receipt Point during such Month, and the denominator of which is the total volume of Gas measured at all System Receipt Points upstream of such System Compressor Station during such Month. Gas consumed for Fuel shall be determined based actual measurements of Fuel consumption.
Allocation of Fuel. As a subset of the FL&U calculation, Gatherer shall calculate and provide to Shipper a break out of the volume and percentage of FL&U that was Fuel and that was Lost and Unaccounted For Gas.
Allocation of Fuel. (a) Total Fuel shall be determined based on actual measurements of Fuel consumption. (b) Fuel (including Gas used as Fuel and the cost of electricity used as Fuel) shall be allocated to each Plant Receipt Point on a pro rata basis, based upon a fraction, the numerator of which is the total volume of Gas (in Mcf) measured at such Plant Receipt Point during the relevant Month (less all Bypass Gas attributable to such Plant Receipt Point), and the denominator of which is the total volume of Gas (in Mcf) measured at all Plant Receipt Points (less the total of all Bypass Gas) during such Month. (c) [Fuel that has been allocated to a Receipt Point in accordance with paragraph (b) above shall be allocated to each Gathering Receipt Point on a pro rata basis, based on a fraction, the numerator of which is the total volume of Gas (in Mcf) measured at such Gathering Receipt Point during the relevant Month, and the denominator of which is the total volume of Gas (in Mcf) measured at all Gathering Receipt Points during such Month.]
Allocation of Fuel. Buyer at its sole discretion shall have the right to utilize either processed or unprocessed Gas as fuel. (a) The volume of processed Gas used as fuel, converted to MMBtu’s using the same conversion factors as in Paragraph 3.3(b), allocated to Seller’s available Gas shall be determined by multiplying the fuel volume in MMBtu by a fraction, the numerator of which is Seller’s available Gas utilizing the facilities utilizing processed Gas as fuel, the denominator of which is the available Gas from all delivery points utilizing the facilities utilizing processed Gas as fuel. (b) The volume of unprocessed Gas used as fuel shall be determined by multiplying the component volume in MCF of the unprocessed Gas utilized as fuel by such facilities, by a fraction, the numerator of which is Seller’s available Gas or monthly delivered volume in MCF whichever is applicable, the denominator of which is the available Gas or monthly delivered volume in MCF from all delivery points utilizing the facilities utilizing unprocessed Gas as fuel. (c) If Buyer utilizes Residue Gas or Gas furnished by a third party for fuel, such Gas value or volume shall be allocated as in Article 3.4(a) herein.
Gas consumed for Fuel shall be determined based on actual measurements of Fuel consumption. Fuel (included Gas used as Fuel and cost of electricity used as Fuel) for compression and other equipment utilized specifically to deliver Gas into the Rockies Express Pipeline and ET Rover Pipeline shall be allocated, on a Monthly basis, to Producer and each other customer of Gatherer on a pro rata basis, based upon a fraction, the numerator of which is the total volume of Producer Gas delivered to each Delivery Point during such Month and the denominator of which is the total volume of Gas delivered to each System Delivery Point during such Month. Gas consumed for Fuel shall be determined based on actual measurements of Fuel consumption.
Allocation of Fuel. Subject to Section 5.7 and 7.4 of the Agreement, Gatherer will allocate Fuel to each Receipt Point based on the ratio of the volume of Gas measured at such Receipt Point to the total volumes of Gas delivered to all Delivery Points. Where compression Facilities or other types of Facilities using Fuel are installed on a Gathering pipeline, Gatherer will allocate actual fuel consumed in such compression Facilities to each Receipt Point attached to such Gathering pipeline based on the ratio of the volume of Gas measured at such Receipt Point to the total volumes of Gas Delivered to all Receipt Points attached to such Gathering pipeline.
