Allowances and Working Fund. 6.1. The Company shall have the option to define an amount of money to be disbursed by Benivo to Company Employee(s) and then invoiced to the Company by Benivo. 6.2. The Company shall decide if its Employees need to provide receipts or invoices before or after receiving disbursements from Benivo. 6.3. Benivo shall provide the Company Employees with a number of alternatives to access the funds, as approved by the Company. These will initially include the following methods and more methods may be added over time: 6.3.1. Bank transfer 6.3.2. Digital Wallet such as PayPal 6.3.3. A Virtual Credit Card 6.4. Working Fund - the Company shall provide Benivo with a working fund that is equal to the larger of: £GBP 100,000, or twice the total amount disbursed by Benivo to Company Employees in any period equal to the Company payment settlement terms in the trailing 12 months. For example, if the Company payment terms are 30 days and the highest total sum disbursed by Benivo to the Company Employee in a 90 day period in the trailing 12 months is £150,000 then the Working Fund shall be £150,000 * 2 = £300,000. 6.5. The Company shall have the right to provide Benivo with a Working Fund in the following currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, BGN, DKK, HKD, NOK, SGD, SEK, CHF, JPY, CZK, MXN, NZD, PLN, ▇▇▇, TRY. Benivo reserves the right to add or remove currencies at any time without prior notice. If the Company decides not to provide a Working Fund in any of the listed currencies or if the Company wishes to use the allowances or disbursements feature in any other currency then Benivo will charge the Company a currency exchange fee of 2.5% above the daily rate of the amount transferred. 6.6. The Company shall provide the Working Fund to Benivo before disbursements to Employees begin. 6.7. The Company shall increase the Working Fund upon receiving notification and an invoice from Benivo, subject to clause 6.4. 6.8. Benivo shall be responsible for returning the Working Fund in full to Company within 30 days of the end of the Agreement and only after any outstanding invoices have been settled. 7.1. Subject to clause 7.2, Benivo will provide the Employees directly with access to interest-free money up to a limit of $3,800 / €3,500 / £3,000 to pay for relocation expenses included but not limited to first months rent, accommodation deposit, agency fees, flights, furniture, transport, shipping and other miscellaneous expense incurred during relocation.   • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.

  • Uniform Allowance ‌ If the Employer requires an employee to supply and/or maintain specified clothing in place of a uniform which would otherwise be supplied and maintained for jobs involving the direct care of patients/residents, then a clothing/maintenance allowance of ten dollars ($10.00) per bi-weekly pay period shall be paid. This allowance does not apply to non-patient/non-resident areas.

  • Telephone Allowance Employees on travel status who are required to obtain overnight accommodation shall be entitled to claim for one (1) fifteen (15) minute telephone call home to or within British Columbia, for the first night away and then for every three (3) consecutive nights away thereafter.

  • Service Core Allowance As of 1 March 2024 the Employer shall pay $1.75 per hour for all work carried out in the construction of service core where the Employee is physically isolated from the top deck and working in an enclosed space. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. For a period of up to five working days, when Employees working in the service core are required to walk beyond four levels and up to a maximum of six levels, they will be paid double the Service Core Allowance.
