Ambient noise Sample Clauses

Ambient noise. The background noise provisions shall be in line with Annex 3 of this UN Regulation.
Ambient noise. Any equipment installed by Landlord in the Building shall not cause an ambient noise level in the Office Premises which exceeds NC-40 at all points within the interior of the Office Premises except within 10’-0” of a mechanical equipment room, where it will not exceed NC-42. In the event that Landlord is in default of its obligations under this Section 18.15 beyond applicable notice and cure periods, then Landlord shall, as Tenant’s sole remedy in respect thereof, undertake and pay for such testing and additional sound proofing as is reasonable required to cure the default and shall follow the reasonable guidelines established by an acoustic consultant reasonably approved by Tenant for the purposes of further attenuating any risk of noise from equipment installed by Landlord in excess of the limits provided hereunder, all at Landlord’s sole cost and expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant acknowledges that the base Building emergency generator is located on the 15th floor of the Building and that when such generator is run for testing and maintenance or when operated during a Building power outage, the noise from such generator may exceed the foregoing limitations. Landlord agrees that, except in emergency circumstances or where required by applicable Requirements, all routine testing and maintenance of such emergency generator will be performed at times other than Business Hours of Business Days.

Ambient noise. GEOPARK is required to monitor ambient noise at an agreed number of representative receptors immediately outside the property boundary and report the results to IFC annually. Ambient noise. Ambient Noise refers to noise levels outside of COSAN’s boundaries. COSAN is required to collect representative samples of ambient noise and submit these samples for laboratory analysis and report the results to IFC. Individual samples and individual reports will be required for each ambient noise monitoring point. Please provide Brazilian maximum levels in Brazilian units in the table below. Related to Ambient noise

  • Wildlife Do not feed any of the wildlife ever. Animals of any size are potentially dangerous. Feeding even small animals attracts predators. Supervise children at all times. Keep garage doors closed at all times except when entering or leaving the Rental Home.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Groundwater Any water, except capillary moisture, beneath the land surface or beneath the bed of any stream, lake, reservoir or other body of surface water within the boundaries of this state, whatever may be the geologic formation or structure in which such water stands, flows, percolates, or otherwise moves.

  • Crane Erection & Jumping (a) Cranes and man/material hoists may be erected, altered, climbed and dismantled during times when ordinary production works are in progress subject to the work being done in full compliance with a relevant operational safety zone (OSZ) plan which has been developed specifically for that operation with consideration to overall site safety. (b) The crane crew for each tower crane (Crane Crew) must consist of the following: (i) crane driver; and (ii) three (3) dogmen. (c) In addition to the appropriate tickets held by the crane driver and the dogmen, the following high risk licences must be held amongst the Crane Crew: (i) rigging; and (ii) material handling. (d) Where a Project consists of a single Crane Crew, the Employer should endeavour to ensure another member of the Crane Crew holds a crane driver licence.

  • Emissions The provisions cited above do not prohibit emissions above a specified level. Without information on engine usage and emission rates, it is not practicable to quantify the excess emissions. However, since CARB has alleged that the vessel(s) did not meet the regulatory requirements, all of the emissions from it were excess and illegal.
