Amendment Authority Clause Samples
The Amendment Authority clause defines who has the power to make changes or modifications to the agreement and under what conditions such amendments can occur. Typically, this clause specifies whether amendments must be made in writing, require the consent of all parties, or can be executed by a designated representative.
