STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (NON-STATUTORY STOCK OPTION) This STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (this "OPTION AGREEMENT") is made and entered into as of the execution date of the Option Certificate to which it is attached (the "CERTIFICATE") by and between Data Net International, Inc., a California corporation (the "COMPANY"), and the person named in the Certificate ("OPTIONEE").
