Common use of Application Approval Clause in Contracts

Application Approval. Any person or group may apply to use the Auditorium on forms provided by DAOR. ▇▇▇▇ retains the right to request additional information, as it deems required. Approval of applications will be limited to responsible persons or groups. DAOR reserves the right to provide and require forms, applications and documents as may be necessary to protect its interests.
