Application Fee Prior to the Resident being accepted to The Residence, a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be made. This Application Fee applies to each application and is not refundable in the event of cancellation or withdrawal of the Resident’s application. The amount of the Application Fee is detailed in Table 4.
Additional Features Additional Features are invoiced at the start of the first Contract Year following the Contract Year in which such Additional Features are activated.
Application Process The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained. The Employer shall communicate a decision on a job share request in writing to the applicants. Applications to Job Sharing shall not be unreasonably denied.
Optional Features The Optional Features Prices selected for the Option Aircraft will be adjusted to Boeing's current prices as of the date of execution of the definitive agreement for the Option Aircraft.
Customization The listed products are licensed for Customer Manager Suite use and customization only. Use of these tools to develop or customize non-Customer Manager Suite applications is not permitted without the express written authorization of PFPC.
