The Application Service clause defines the terms under which a service provider delivers access to and use of a specific software application to the client. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the application, user access rights, service levels, and any restrictions on use, such as prohibiting unauthorized sharing or modification. Its core practical function is to establish clear expectations and boundaries for both parties regarding the use of the application, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and ensuring the service is used appropriately.
Application Service. Brightree hereby grants to Client a nontransferable, non-exclusive, license during the term of the applicable Order Form, to allow Authorized Users to access and use, over public and private networks, the Application Services for its homecare and hospice service business.
Application Service. During the Term of this Agreement and in accordance with the terms hereof, TWI will provide for the User access to and the use of the SkillsPlus system (as defined herein), and TWI shall provide and the User shall be entitled to receive such Support Services (as defined herein) and other related services that are provided for herein (such access, use and services referred to, collectively, as the “Service”).
Application Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and during the Term, we shall make the Service available to you only for your and your Affiliates’ Users for internal business operations. The terms of this Agreement shall also apply to updates and upgrades subsequently provided by us to you for the Service. We shall host the Service and may update the functionality, user interface, usability and other user documentation, training and educational information of, and relating to the Service from time to time in our sole discretion and in accordance with this Agreement as part of our ongoing mission to improve the Service and your use of the Service.
Application Service. If the Service Order indicates either the Cappex Application or the Greenlight Scholars Application as a Service Cappex provides to Institution, each of which will involve student prospects completing applications for admission to Institution through the Cappex or College Greenlight website and Cappex delivering such applications to Institution in a mutually agreed format (“Student Applications”), Institution agrees to accept Student Applications during its usual application period and to give Student Applications the same consideration and treatment as any other admission application Institution receives from other channels. This section of these Terms and Conditions will survive termination or expiration of the Agreement for the duration of the annual application cycle during which the termination or expiration occurred. Each Student Application will contain a single set of standard application questions, transcripts and letters of recommendation and Institution agrees that the Student Application, once completed, will constitute a complete application for admission to Institution.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service Prior to the completion of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures and prior to completion of requisite Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Distribution Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities, the Developer may request an evaluation for Provisional Interconnection Service. NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if the Developer interconnects without modifications to the Large Generating Facility or the New York State Transmission System (or Distribution System as applicable). NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall determine whether any Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities, which are necessary to meet Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards, and Good Utility Practice, are in place prior to the commencement of interconnection service from the Large Facility. Where available studies indicate that the Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Large Facility but such facilities are not currently in place, NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, will perform a study, at the Developer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Large Facility in the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement shall be studied, at the Developer’s expense, and updated annually. The NYISO shall issue the study’s findings in writing to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner(s). Following a determination by NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, that the Developer may reliably provide Provisional Interconnection Service, NYISO shall tender to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, a Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement. NYISO, Developer, and Connecting Transmission Owner may execute the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement, or the Developer may request the filing of an unexecuted Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement with the Commission. The Developer shall assume all risk and liabilities with respect to changes between the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement and the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, including changes in output limits and the cost responsibilities for the Attachment Facilities, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, and/or System Protection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1
