Appointment Availability. (a) Subject to paragraph 3.10 (b): Either where the Communications Provider uses the Appointment Dialogue Service, and subsequently places the associated order prior to the expiration period of the reservation; or where the Communications Provider places a Forecast Order and BT provides the next available appointment, BT shall offer the Communications Provider an available appointment within 12 Working Days of application If BT fails to do this, the Communications Provider shall be entitled to the compensation set out in paragraph 4.10.
(b) Where the Communications Provider has been notified that they are obliged to provide a Forecast in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 3 if the Communications Provider submits a total number of Orders in a Region during any Forecast Period that is above or below the forecasted number of Orders for Region, for that Forecast Period by more than the margin of 10% then the service guarantees for Appointment Availability in paragraph 4.10 will not apply for that Region for that Forecast Period.

Appointment Availability. Network providers must offer hours of operation that are no less than the hours of operation offered to commercial enrollees or comparable to Medicaid fee-for-service, if the provider serves only Medicaid enrollees. DVHA must establish mechanisms to ensure that network providers comply with the timely access requirements; monitor regularly to determine compliance; and take corrective action if there is a failure to comply.

Appointment Availability. Allows ACI to select an appointment from a calendar of available appointments. ACI will not have direct access to the system but USWC will automatically execute this transaction after the Work Order has been submitted and a technician must be dispatched.

Wait times for Provider’s scheduled appointments shall not exceed 45 minutes, including time spent in the waiting room and the examining room, unless Provider is unavailable or delayed because of an emergency. If Provider is delayed, the Covered Person should be notified immediately. If a wait of more than 90 minutes is anticipated, Provider shall offer the Covered Person a new appointment.
