(a) The Distributor may appoint a Representative to carry out or perform some or all of the Distributor’s rights and obligations under this agreement.
(b) Where expressly provided in this agreement, a Representative may have rights and obligations under this agreement in addition to those of the Distributor.
(c) The Trustee has the right to require that the Distributor cancel the appointment of a Representative made under clause 4.1(a) if the Trustee considers that the Representative is not fulfilling his or her obligations to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee.
