Architect Review Clause Samples

Architect Review. The Architect shall review and approve shop drawings, product data, and samples with reasonable promptness so as to cause no delay, but only for conformance with the design concept of the Project and with the information given in the Contract Documents. The Architect’s approval of a separate item shall not indicate approval of any assembly in which the item functions. Upon the final completion of the Work, the Contractor shall furnish to the Architect electronic copies of all shop or setting drawings showing the as-built condition of the Work. The Architect, after review, shall submit an electronic copy to the Owner in a file format of the Owner’s preference.
Architect Review. The ARCHITECT shall review and submit CONTRACTOR’S Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other Submittals to the DISTRICT, in accordance with the latest Submittal Schedule accepted by the DISTRICT. If prints of the Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other Submittals are returned to the CONTRACTOR marked "NO EXCEPTIONS TAKEN," formal revision of said drawing will not be required. If prints of the drawing are returned to the CONTRACTOR marked "MAKE CORRECTIONS NOTED," formal resubmittal of said drawings will not be required. If prints of the drawing are returned to the CONTRACTOR marked "REVISE AND RESUBMIT," the CONTRACTOR shall revise said drawing and shall resubmit six (6) copies of the revised drawing to the ARCHITECT. If prints of the drawing are returned to the CONTRACTOR marked "REJECTED RESUBMIT," the CONTRACTOR shall resubmit six (6) new copies of the drawing to the ARCHITECT.

Upon the final completion of the Work, the Contractor shall furnish to the Architect two corrected copies of all shop or setting drawings showing the as-built condition of the Work. The Architect, after review, shall submit one of these copies to the Owner.
Architect Review. Based on the Architect’s evaluations of the Constructions Manager’s Applications for Payment, the Architect will review and certify the amounts due the Construction Manager and will issue Certificates for Payment in such amounts, subject to the requirements of Arizona law and administrative rules governing school district construction contracts, including A.R.S. §§ 41-2571, et seq. and A.A.C. R7-2-1109 et.seq.
Architect Review. The Architect shall receive, check and approve all shop drawings from the Construction Manager after the Construction Manager has checked all field and surrounding structural conditions and met all other shop drawing requirements as described in the Construction Documents. Upon completion of the checking of a set of shop drawings by the Architect, the Architect shall file an approved copy of such shop drawings with the Owner. The Construction Manager shall maintain shop drawing logs, submittal logs, and charge order logs, and that those logs are available for the Architect's review. The Owner has no responsibility of any nature for reviewing or approving shop drawings.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code ▇▇▇., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code ▇▇▇., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code ▇▇▇., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Design Review ‌ (a) Where so specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services) or as otherwise instructed by the City, the Supplier shall submit design-related Documentation for review by the City, and shall not proceed with work on the basis of such design Documentation until the City’s approval of such Documentation has been received in writing. (b) None of: (i) the submission of Documentation to the City by the Supplier; (ii) its examination by or on behalf of the City; or (iii) the making of any comment thereon (including any approval thereof) shall in any way relieve the Supplier of any of its obligations under this Agreement or of its duty to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and correctness of such Documentation, and its suitability to the matter to which it relates.

  • Architect Engineer shall provide assistance to Owner through the commissioning consultant/agent for the purpose of advising and counseling Owner’s personnel in the usage, operation and maintenance of the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
