ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN STANDARDS. All buildings and accessory structures constructed within the Property shall be developed in compliance with the requirements of this section, and with the applicable provision of the LDC relating to architectural standards, where they do not conflict with the provisions of this section. Development of the property shall comply with the requirements for development along a Major City Thoroughfare, as set forth in the LDC.
