ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN STANDARDS. A. All buildings and accessory structures constructed within the Property shall be developed in compliance with the requirements of this section, and with the applicable provisions of the LDC relating to architectural standards where they do not conflict with the provisions of this section. B. View Corridors. View corridors and open space shall be provided on the property. Access to the beach and potential future boardwalk will be permitted through this open space. One corridor will be a minimum of 100’ in width measured perpendicular to the north or south property lines. This space allows for the visual extension of either ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Vermont Avenue through the site to the east. Building projections above the ground floor will be permitted to accommodate bays, balconies, and cantilevers not exceeding 25-feet. Building entrances and Port-cochere for vehicular drop off and entrances will be permitted in the space. Under the development scenario illustrated in Exhibit C with the 100’ open space located on the south side, a second visual corridor, 30’ in width, can be provided between the buildings and above the ground floor and parking levels.
