Assignment Priority Sample Clauses
The Assignment Priority clause establishes the order in which rights or obligations under a contract may be assigned to third parties. Typically, it specifies which assignments take precedence if multiple parties attempt to assign the same rights, or if there are conflicting assignments. For example, it may state that assignments made with prior written consent have priority over those made without consent. This clause is essential for preventing disputes by clarifying whose interests are protected in the event of overlapping or competing assignments.
