Common use of Auditing and Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Auditing and Monitoring. 9.1 Access by the Center and Financing Parties to carry out on-site monitoring of all activities of the project shall be granted by the participating institutions, and information and assistance shall be given for the verification and evaluation of the project activities as set out in Annex II. 9.2 Audits of costs may be carried out by the Center and the Financing Parties as specified in Annex II.
