Authorised Access Clause Samples

The Authorised Access clause defines the conditions under which individuals or entities are permitted to enter or use certain premises, systems, or information. Typically, it specifies who is granted access, the scope of their access rights, and any procedures or restrictions that must be followed, such as requiring identification or limiting access to specific times or areas. This clause serves to protect sensitive assets and ensure security by clearly delineating who may enter or use protected resources, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized access or misuse.
