Authorised Access. The Data Controller is the only one who has access to the OUVP – Student Registration system. The OU registration system is an approved Academic System and is secure. (restricted system) For reasons of data security, logins are only issued to the named registration contact (Data Controller) at each institution that are responsible for the accuracy of the OUVP student data submitted via their website LOGIN details held by the registration contact (Data Controller) are kept secured and is solely responsible and accountable for all activities carried out under her username and password. The OUVP requires the registration contact to authenticate themselves on sign in, they will call the contact on a nominated number and to confirm authentication when prompted. Each registration contact undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Computer Misuses Act (1990), Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and the Data Protection Act – GDPR
Authorised Access. The Client hereby agrees and undertakes at all times:
(a) to keep strictly confidential and safeguard any and all user names, passwords. identification or other access codes issued to the Client by the Broker for the purpose of enabling the Client to access the Electronic Trading Facilities (the “Security Features”); and
(b) to immediately notify the Broker if the Client suspects that the confidentiality of the Security Features has been compromised or if the Client’s account has been accessed or used without his authority.
Authorised Access. The Operator shall grant the Customer and persons authorised in writing by the Customer, access to the Storage Facilities only for the purposes of the Agreement subject to their compliance with the requirements of the Operator and the competent authorities.

2.2.2 There is no limit on the number of employees/students/clients who may concurrently access the eBooks.
2.2.3 The institution must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised use of the content.

f. The Publisher either directly or through a contractor, shall use all reasonable endeavors to make access available on a 24-hour basis. If access is suspended or interrupted or a defect occurs that prevents access, the Publisher’s liability shall be limited to using all reasonable efforts to restore access as soon as is practicable.
g. Helpdesk support for online access will be available from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST. Contact details for support and contract queries are listed in Appendix 3.
Authorised Access. You must not share your A c c o u n t credentials with third parties or allow unauthorised persons to access or use your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account information.

Authorised Access. 14.1 The Council and English Heritage its employees or agents shall have access to the VM at all reasonable times. Keys to the VM shall be held with TDH and the Council. TDH shall not allow any unauthorised use of the keys or access to the VM.
