Authorized Users of Services. CLIENT agrees that it shall not permit access to the Services by or for any person or entity except: i. Employees of CLIENT whose responsibilities to CLIENT require use of the Services. ii. Third Party Service Providers of CLIENT whose responsibilities to the CLIENT require use of the Services. iii. CLIENT is prohibited from using or providing access to the Services to create or offer a service bureau to any third party other than CLIENT.

Authorized Users of Services. You are responsible for keeping the Password and Account data confidential. We are entitled to act on transaction instructions received using your Password, and you agree that use of the Password will have the same effect as your signature authorizing the transaction. If you authorize other persons to use your Password in any manner, said authorizations will be considered unlimited in amount and manner until you have notified us in writing that you have revoked the authorization and changed the Password. You are responsible for any transactions made by such persons until you notify us that transfers by that person are no longer authorized and we have a reasonable opportunity to act upon the change of your Password. You must notify us immediately if you believe that the Password has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your Account without permission or if you suspect any fraudulent activity in connection with your Account. (60) days, provided that we may prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us on time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) prevented you from telling us, we may extend the time periods.”

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:
