Availability goals. Dr.Dropin Bedrift aims for ¥¥% availability during normal business hours. Exceptions include scheduled maintenance, third-party errors, Customer infrastructure failures, power outages, actions by external parties, and misuse of the service in violation of Norwegian law. ⭯. MARKETING By approving this agreement and these terms and conditions, the Customer accepts that a newsletter/information letter is sent out in accordance with the Marketing Act §15, third paragraph on "existing customer relationships. If the Customer wishes to unsubscribe from the service, this can be done via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the letter. The customer also accepts usage of their logo and name on Dr. Dropin Bedrift's website. Dr. Dropin Bedrift will not use logo or name actively in marketing without the prior approval of the Customer, but may, if they wish, use their name and logo on the website. Dr. Dropin Bedrift also reserves the right to use the Customer's name and logo in various sales presentations.
Availability goals. The objective for the Properties and Services is to establish a record of service availability, averaged over a monthly basis, of 99.5% for calendar month (the "service availability"), subject to the exceptions listed under "Availability exceptions". This objective permits sites to be unavailable a maximum of 7.2 minutes per day, 50.4 minutes per week, or ~ 216 minutes per calendar month. The purpose of this metric is to establish a baseline objective that meets the parties' expectations. In the event of any material deviation from the service availability objective, The Partner shall take the steps described below under "Technical support and problem escalation" to restore the level of service for the Properties or Services to a fully operational condition. In the event the Partner is not able to maintain the service availability objective of 99.5%, then Microsoft shall take the appropriate steps to remedy the situation. If applicable, penalties may apply.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials. B. Good Faith Efforts Pursuant to 5 NYCRR § 142.8, evidence of good faith efforts shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. A list of the general circulation, trade, and MWBE-oriented publications and dates of publications in which the Contractor solicited the participation of certified MWBEs as subcontractors/suppliers, copies of such solicitations, and any responses thereto. 2. A list of the certified MWBEs appearing in the Empire State Development (“ESD”) MWBE directory that were solicited for this Contract. Provide proof of dates or copies of the solicitations and copies of the responses made by the certified MWBEs. Describe specific reasons that responding certified MWBEs were not selected. 3. Descriptions of the Contract documents/plans/specifications made available to certified MWBEs by the Contractor when soliciting their participation and steps taken to structure the scope of work for the purpose of subcontracting with, or obtaining supplies from, certified MWBEs. 4. A description of the negotiations between the Contractor and certified MWBEs for the purposes of complying with the MWBE goals of this Contract. 5. Dates of any pre-bid, pre-award, or other meetings attended by Contractor, if any, scheduled by OGS with certified MWBEs whom OGS determined were capable of fulfilling the MWBE goals set in the Contract. 6. Other information deemed relevant to the request.
