Common use of Bargaining Agent or Recognition Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Agent or Recognition. (a) The Employer recognizes the B.C. Government Employees' Union as the exclusive Bargaining Agent for all employees to whom the certification issued by the Industrial Relations Council applies. (b) The bargaining unit shall be comprised of all employees included in the bargaining unit as described in the certification except those employees employed in positions listed in Appendix 5.
