The Board shall have the right to establish the instructional format for presentation of instruction at any grade level(s) in order to better accomplish the educational/curricular goals of the school district and may in its discretion from time to time modify same as deemed necessary by the Board to best serve the educational interests of students. Should the Board determine that an alternative instructional format should be implemented, the Board agrees to seek out and take into consideration the professional opinion of its bargaining unit members. B. The following procedure will be followed when it is proven that a bargaining unit member is consistently tardy or when it is proven that a bargaining unit member consistently leaves early: 1. A warning in writing will be given to the bargaining unit member by the building principal with a copy sent to the Superintendent and the board and a copy of this warning inserted in the bargaining unit member’s personnel file. 2. A second warning in writing shall be given to the bargaining unit member by the Building Principal with a copy of this warning inserted in the bargaining unit member’s personnel file.
