Base Hourly Wages. 6-1.1 Bargaining Unit Members will be employed and classified under one of the position titles listed in Appendix A. The salary schedule for each year of this Agreement is contained in Appendix A.
6-1.2 Placement in a salary column shall be determined by the number of full contract years of service in the District completed by July 1 of the appropriate contract year, calculated based upon the Bargaining Unit Member’s seniority date as maintained in the Office of Human Resources. Placement for new hires shall be in accordance with Section 6-1.3 below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there will be no credit for years of service as the result of the complete salary and longevity freeze during the 2011- 2012 – 2013-2014 time period.
6-1.3 Unless stated otherwise in Section 6-1.4 herein, all Bargaining Unit Members moving through the salary scale shall move based upon the timeframes listed in the columns outlined in Appendix A – Salary Schedules. New hires who are hired before January 1 shall move as of the next July 1. B. Dispatchers hired after January 1, 2015, will receive 110% of the top Transit Operator wage.
Base Hourly Wages. Effective Nov. 1, 2019, or upon ratification (whichever is later), base hourly wages for employees in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with schedule set forth in Appendix “A”. Section 15.1(a) WAGE INCREASES. Effective within two pay periods of ratification, there shall be a general wage increase of 8% to all positions not addressed in One Team or Rental Office and Compliance negotiations. Effective January July 1, 20212023, a general wage increase of three percent (3%) will be applied to all bargaining unit employee’s rate of pay and to the wage scale. Effective January 1, 2022, 2024 a general wage increase of two (2%) percent will be applied to all bargaining unit employee’s rate of pay and to the wage scale. There shall also be a one-time lump sum payment of $1,000 to employees with between 3 and 6 years of employment with the employer and be a one-time lump sum payment of $1,500 to all employees with between 7 and 9 years of employment with the employer. This shall be paid within two pay periods of the ratification of this agreement.
