Battery Replacement Clause Samples
The Battery Replacement clause outlines the terms under which a battery in a product or device will be replaced by the provider or manufacturer. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions that must be met for a battery to qualify for replacement, such as being within a certain warranty period or exhibiting specific performance issues like failure to hold a charge. Its core practical function is to assure customers that defective or worn-out batteries will be addressed, thereby reducing uncertainty and enhancing product reliability.
Battery Replacement. For each Battery, service under this Agreement is limited to a maximum of one (1) replacement for each Battery covered within any twelve (12) month period beginning from the date of the first replacement. The first Battery replacement will be replaced at no charge, and the second replacement requested within the twelve (12) month duration or any subsequent battery replacement requests will be subject to a fee $515.00.
Battery Replacement. If Amazon requests a replacement of any Battery for any reason(s) other than those covered by the Rivian Warranty, Rivian will sell to Amazon such replacement Battery.
