Beginning Occupancy. Resident is authorized to access Resident’s assigned residence hall, residential college, or apartment on the date and time specified by Student Housing. Resident may request an early move-in date if the option is available. If Student Housing approves Resident’s request, Resident must complete an early check-in agreement and will be charged a daily rate for the early dates of occupancy. The daily rate will be imposed in addition to any other housing fees Resident is assessed. The daily rate will be charged to Resident’s bursar account, whether or not Resident actually exercises the option for an early check-in that Student Housing approved.

Beginning Occupancy. Resident is authorized to access Resident’s assigned room/apartment on the date and time specified by University Residences. Resident may request an early move-in date. If University Residences grants Resident’s request, Resident will be charged an early arrival fee for the early dates of occupancy. The daily room rate will be imposed in addition to any other housing fees Resident is assessed. Meals during early arrival may be available for purchase at select open dining and retail locations. Residents who are participating in Boiler Gold Rush/Boiler Cold Rush or another pre-approved early arrival program do not need to request an early move-in date.
Beginning Occupancy. If the apartment is not ready on the first day of the month, the student will not owe rent for the period between the anticipated agreement start date and the actual date the student receives their keys, nor will the University be liable for damages. However, if the apartment is ready on the first day of the month and the student delays their move in, the student will owe rent beginning from the first day of the agreement. Should the student move out of Lafitte Village before the end of the lease the student is subject to charges and penalties as outlined below.

  • Maximum Occupancy No more than two (2) guests per one (1) resident (who is present) are permitted in a student room/suite/apartment at any given time unless otherwise approved by the University (Residential Life).

  • NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS Tenant agrees that the House shall be occupied by no more than [Total Number of Occupants] persons, including no more than [Maximum Number of Children] under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
