DATES OF OCCUPANCY Sample Clauses
The "Dates of Occupancy" clause establishes the specific timeframes during which a tenant is permitted to occupy a leased property. It typically outlines the official start and end dates of the lease term, and may also address conditions for early move-in or late move-out, if applicable. By clearly defining these dates, the clause ensures both parties understand when possession of the property transfers, thereby preventing disputes over access and helping to coordinate move-in and move-out logistics.
