Behaviour Standards. SAMPLE COPY By entering into this Agreement you undertake for yourself and people who occupy the Caravan as your guests (including children) to adopt the following standards of behaviour: • Commit any criminal offence at the Park or use the Caravan for the furtherance of any criminal activity. • Commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance. • Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the Park. • Use any unlawful drugs. • Create any noise or disturbance. • Carry on any trade or business at the Park.

Behaviour Standards. By entering into this Licence Agreement you agree for yourself and all people who use or visit the Holiday Home (including in each case children in their party). To abide by the park rules and to adopt the following standards of behaviour: 5.1 To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards anyone visiting, using or working on the Holiday Home or the Park including us, our staff, other customers of ours and users of other Holiday Homes and accommodation at the Park. 5.2 To supervise children under the age of 18 properly so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. 5.3 Not to: 5.3.1 commit any criminal offence at the Park or use the Holiday Home in connection with any criminal activity. 5.3.2 commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance. 5.3.3 use fireworks. 5.3.4 keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the Park.

Behaviour Standards. By entering into this Licence Agreement, you agree to, and you must make sure that all people who use or visit the Caravan (including, in each case, children in their party) keep to, the following standards of behaviour: 5.1 To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff and anyone visiting, using or working on the Caravan and/or the Park including other customers. 5.2 To supervise children so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or other people using the Caravan and/or the Park.

You further agree that you will not: - commit any criminal offence at the Park or use the Caravan for the furtherance of any criminal activity. - commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance. - keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the Park. - use any unlawful drugs. - create any noise or disturbance. - carry on any trade or business at the Park. And you accept that any breach of these behaviour standards may bring about the termination of your Licence. Termination by us is dealt with by clause 10.

Behaviour Standards. 12.1. You agree on your own behalf and for all the other people who you allow to use or visit the Holiday Home: 12.1.1. act in a courteous and considerate manner to other people visiting, using or working on the Park including our staff, other holiday home owners and holidaymakers; 12.1.2. to supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or a danger to themselves or others; 12.1.3. not to commit any criminal offences at the Park or use the Holiday Home in connection with any criminal activity; 12.1.4. not to commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance on the Park; 12.1.5. not to use fireworks on Park; 12.1.6. not to keep or carry any firearm or other weapon at the Park; 12.1.7. not to bring onto the Park or use on Park any illegal drugs; 12.1.8. not to create undue noise or disturbance; and 12.1.9. not to allow anyone who you know or suspect to be on the Sex Offenders register (compiled under the Sex Offenders Act 1997) to use or visit the Holiday Home. 12.2. You agree that if you breach any of the behaviour standards set out in this clause this may result in the termination of this Agreement by us. This is dealt with in clause 18.

Behaviour Standards. All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner while on site.

Behaviour Standards. You agree that at all times during the Term, you will, and will ensure that each of your Representatives will, comply with the following minimum behaviour standards expected of all Professionals using the Platform (the “Behaviour Standards”): (1) comply with this Agreement and each Customer Contract; (2) honour all commitments to Customers in connection with Shortlisting, Leads, Your Jobs, and Customer Contracts, including completing all work for which deposits are accepted, and respond to and communicate and interact with Customers in a prompt and professional manner; (3) perform Your Services as agreed with the applicable Customers in a timely manner and in a professional and skillful manner with a high degree of quality and responsiveness at all times consistent with generally accepted industry standards in Canada and otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the applicable Customer Contract; (4) not infringe any rights (including the intellectual property rights or privacy rights), of any Person in connection with the performance of Your Services or any of Your Jobs or any Customer Contract; (5) give the required notices and comply with the laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, codes, and orders of the relevant authorities having jurisdiction which are or become in force during the performance of your obligations pursuant to this Agreement or any Customer Contract and which relate to any of Your Services or Your Jobs; (6) obtain and maintain, as required by Applicable Law, any and all required consents, licences, permits, permissions, waivers, registrations, indentures, certifications, and approvals for the operation of Your Business, the provision of your Services, and the performance of Your Jobs and all Customer Contracts and not hold yourself out as having any such consents, licences, permits, permissions, waivers, registrations, indentures, and approvals that you do not actually have; (7) ensure that all Persons performing Your Services will have and maintain the unrestricted right to work in Canada and all skills, qualifications, expertise, licences, and certifications necessary to perform Your Services in accordance with this Agreement, the applicable Customer Contract, and Applicable Law; (8) ensure that any and all information provided and statements, representations, and warranties made by you to Customers in connection with Your Services is accurate, current, and complete in all material respects and will not be in any way...

Behaviour Standards. By entering into this Licence Agreement you agree for yourself and all people who use or visit the caravan including in each case children in their party) to adopt the following standards of behaviour: 5.1 To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards anyone visiting, using or working on the caravan or the Park including us, our staff, other customers of ours and users of other caravans and accommodation at the Park. 5.2 To supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. 5.3 Not to: 5.3.1 commit any criminal offence at the Park or use the caravan in connection with any criminal activity. 5.3.2 commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance. 5.3.3 use fireworks. 5.3.4 keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the Park. 5.3.5 use any unlawful drugs or bring unlawful drugs onto the Park. 5.3.6 create undue noise or disturbance. 5.3.7 carry on any trade or business at the Park. 5.3.8 permit to occupy the caravan anyone who to your knowledge: 5.3.8.1 has committed a sexual offence against a child (other than one that is spent by reason of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974); 5.3.8.2 is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (as amended) (‘on the sex offenders register’) 5.3.8.3 has been issued with a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or a Child Abduction Notice. 5.3.9 use threats, intimidation or abuse (physical, verbal, written or social media). 5.3.10 unfairly defame or bring into disrepute the reputation of the Park Owner or the Park. 5.3.11 put at risk the personal safety or health of anyone using, visiting or working at the Park. 5.4 You accept that any breach of these behaviour standards may bring about the termination of this Licence Agreement. Termination by us is dealt with by clause 11. Any serious breach may result in termination of this Agreement under clause 11.1.

Behaviour Standards. By entering into this Licence Agreement you agree for yourself and (subject to Clause 18.3) all people who use or visit or are invited to the Holiday Caravan/Holiday Lodge to adopt the following standards of behaviour: 6.1. To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards anyone visiting, using or working on the Holiday Caravan/Holiday Lodge or the Park, including us, our employees, our agents and contractors, other owners of holiday caravans/lodges at the Park and holiday customers and visitors to the Park. 6.2. To supervise children and pets properly so that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or others. 6.3. Not to: 6.3.1. commit any criminal offence (other than minor traffic offences that are not subject to any custodial sentence); 6.3.2. use the Holiday Caravan/Holiday Lodge in connection with any criminal activity; 6.3.3. commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance at the Park; 6.3.4. use fireworks at the Park; 6.3.5. keep, carry or store combustible or explosive materials at the Park; 6.3.6. keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the Park; 6.3.7. use or bring any unlawful or unprescribed drugs or substances onto the Park; 6.3.8. create undue noise or disturbance at the Park; 6.3.9. carry on any trade or business at the Park; 6.3.10. interfere with any commercial aspect or development of the Park; or 6.3.11. own, occupy, or permit to occupy, or permit to use or visit, the Holiday Caravan/Holiday Lodge anyone who to your knowledge or suspicion: 1. has committed a sexual offence against a child;
