Bid and Contract Documents Sample Clauses

This typically includes instructions to bidders, specifications, drawings, addenda, and any other materials referenced in the solicitation or contract. By clearly identifying which documents are included and how they relate to each other, this clause ensures all parties have a shared understanding of the requirements and obligations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over contract terms or project scope.
