BREACH OF RULES Sample Clauses

The 'Breach of Rules' clause defines the consequences and procedures that apply when a party fails to comply with established rules or regulations within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes a breach, the steps that must be taken if a breach occurs—such as notification requirements or opportunities to remedy the breach—and the potential penalties or remedies available to the non-breaching party. Its core practical function is to ensure accountability and provide a clear framework for addressing violations, thereby protecting the interests of all parties and maintaining the integrity of the agreement.
