BREAKDOWNS OR ACCIDENTS. If a repair is needed and if the vehicle is driveable, you should take it to an approved garage. Please refer to the Finance Director for approved repair centres. Should the vehicle break down and become un-driveable, you should contact the relevant Roadside Assistance / Recovery Company and instruct them to recover the vehicle. Should you experience any difficulties with the service, you should contact the Finance Director.
BREAKDOWNS OR ACCIDENTS. A. In the event of any breakdown or accident, the employee shall be compensated at his regular hourly rate of pay beyond the regular scheduled running time of the trip. B. Drivers are required to pre-trip inspect their buses before each run or trip. Bus breakdowns or items in need of repair must be reported immediately on the forms provided at the bus garage. Pre-tripping includes, according to Federal and State laws and Board policy, a visual inspection of tires, mirrors, lights, doors, etc.
BREAKDOWNS OR ACCIDENTS. In the case of an accident, either active or passive, or in the case of a mechanical failure, which makes the motorhome temporarily unusable, the customer must immediately communicate by phone or email to MONZACAMPER and call the insurance company's operations centre to activate the claim. In case of non-compliance, any costs of transport, restaurant, hotel or anything else, are the sole responsibility of the customer, moreover, within the next 48 hours must send to MONZACAMPER registered letter or PEC with all the written and / or photographic documentation relating to the accident. In any case, in the event of an accident, the appropriate form provided by the insurance company must be filled in (accident report, friendly statement C.I.D.) which is located in the document holder together with the vehicle registration document. The driver and any other person authorised to drive the vehicle is covered by an insurance policy for civil liability towards third parties and for damage to animals or things, within the limits of the laws in force in Italy. The tenant also undertakes to protect the interests of the Landlord and his insurance company in case of accidents during the rental period, and shall among other things (a) Provide the names and addresses of the parties involved in the accident and the witnesses,

B. Drivers are required to pre-trip inspect their buses before each run or trip. Bus breakdowns or items in need of repair must be reported immediately on the forms provided at the bus garage. Pre-tripping includes, according to Federal and State laws and Board policy, a visual inspection of tires, mirrors, lights, doors, etc. Run time will include ten (10) minutes a run for pre-trip inspections, fueling and cleaning. From December 1 through March 31 of each year, ten (10) minutes will be added to the first run (A.M.) of the day only.

  • Accidents If a death, serious personal injury or substantial property damage occurs in connection with CONTRACTOR’s performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify Mendocino County Risk Manager's Office by telephone. CONTRACTOR shall promptly submit to COUNTY a written report, in such form as may be required by COUNTY of all accidents which occur in connection with this Agreement. This report must include the following information: (1) name and address of the injured or deceased person(s); (2) name and address of CONTRACTOR's sub-contractor, if any; (3) name and address of CONTRACTOR's liability insurance carrier; and (4) a detailed description of the accident and whether any of COUNTY's equipment, tools, material, or staff were involved.

  • Outages 9.7.1.1 Outage Authority and Coordination. Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner may each in accordance with Good Utility Practice in coordination with the other Party and Transmission Provider remove from service any of its respective Interconnection Facilities, System Protection Facilities, Network Upgrades, System Protection Facilities or Distribution Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency Condition, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to notify one another and schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to the Parties. In all circumstances, any Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Parties of such removal.

  • Acts of God In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Management Agreement, despite having taken commercially reasonable precautions, because of acts of God, interruption of electrical power or other utilities, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party shall not be liable to the other for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes. The Manager and the Trust shall notify each other as soon as reasonably possible following the occurrence of an event described in this subsection.
