Breaking of Seniority. A Certified School Psychologist on approved leave of absence will not be considered to have broken seniority during the time they were not on active working status. A layoff and time spent on disability retirement shall not be a break in seniority. An employee's seniority shall be broken upon resignation, permanent retirement or discharge.
