The 'Briefing the JSC' clause establishes the requirement for providing regular updates or reports to the Joint Steering Committee (JSC) regarding the progress, issues, or key developments of a project or agreement. Briefing the JSC. At each regularly scheduled meeting of the JSC, each Party will provide to the JSC a progress update on each Party’s activities related to each Product as detailed in the Strategic Plan, such progress update can take the form of a Powerpoint presentation.
Briefing the JSC. At each regularly scheduled meeting of the JSC, each Party shall provide detailed progress updates on activities conducted under each Research Plan along with a summary of data associated with such activities.

At each regularly scheduled meeting of the JSC, each Party will provide detailed progress updates on Research Activities along with a summary of data associated with such Research Activities, which updates and summaries will be provided to JSC members at least [***] Business Days in advance of any JSC meeting. The agenda for meetings of the JSC will be set by the JSC representatives.

At each regularly scheduled meeting of the JSC, Isis will provide to the JSC (i) progress updates on the status of the Collaboration generally; (ii) progress updates of Collaboration Program Research Plans; and (iii) progress updates of Early Development Plans for each Development Candidate, in each case, together with a summary of data associated with Isis’ research and/or Development activities for each Collaboration Program.
Briefing the JSC. At each regularly scheduled meeting of the JSC prior to exercise of the Option, Isis will provide to the JSC a progress update on Research and Development activities under the ISIS-DMPKRx R&D Plan.
