Common use of Call Back Overtime Clause in Contracts

Call Back Overtime. Call-back overtime is defined by the Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) as overtime that is scheduled after the employee is no longer in pay status, is called to report to work and must report within twelve (12) hours of the time of call. For employees enrolled in Nevada PERS prior to July 1, 2008, this overtime is considered PERS-eligible compensation.
