Ordinary Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work of full-time Employees shall be 36 hours per week and may be worked in accordance with this clause. (b) The ordinary hours of part-time and casual Employees will be in accordance with clauses 5.3 and 5.4.
Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines: (a) Four (4) hour shifts will be the minimum shift permitted in any one (1) day. (b) Shifts of 5, 6, 7 or 8 hours may be assigned, subject to the provisions of 10.05. (c) All hours worked up to and including eight (8) hours in any one (1) day will be paid at the straight time rate.
TRADING HOURS All references to ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ hours of trading are in U.S. Eastern Time (“ET”) using a 24-hour format. ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ normally provides access for Foreign Exchange Trading and Spot Metal Trading on the Website from 17:00 ET on Sunday to 17:00 ET on Friday, but ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ reserves the right to suspend or modify its trading hours at any time and on such an event will inform clients in advance on a best efforts basis of any changes in its operating hours. Trading hours by contract type may vary. OTC Foreign Currency and metal markets operate 24 hours a day. Following submission of an Order to trade, it is the sole responsibility of Customer to remain available for Order and Fill confirmations, and other communications regarding Customer’s ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Account until all open Orders are completed. Thereafter, Customer must monitor Customer’s Account frequently when Customer has Open Positions in the Account.
Opening hours The restaurant must inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd otherwise.
Summer Hours It is agreed by both parties that the following hours of work and working conditions shall apply to Field employees working outside of the reporting location as per Clause 11.02
