Call of a Meeting. A meeting of the Shareholders shall be called by a majority of the Trustees or by the President or the Secretary or other officer or officers as authorized by the Trustees whenever ordered to do so by a majority of Trustees. Meetings shall also be called by order of the Trustees at the request of Shareholders if and to the extent provided by the Declaration of Trust or by applicable law.   • Notice of a Meeting Notice of a meeting called pursuant to Section 13.4 shall be given to the Record Holders of the class or classes of Units for which a meeting is proposed in writing by mail or other means of written communication in accordance with Section 16.1.
