Summer has a Master’s in Conservation Ecology and Environmental Informatics from the University of Michigan. • ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (WCCD), Resource Coordinator, who manages the WCCD tree sales sourcing from over 10 Michigan nurseries and distributes over 40,000 bare-root stock to hundred of customers annually. He has begun researching and touring nurseries to explore the feasibility of running a nursery operation. The City of ▇▇▇ Arbor Office of Sustainability and Innovations (OSI) has one (1) FTE and one (1) fulltime temporary employee available to support the implementation of Initiative #2: Plant 100-125 large caliper trees on private property within the disadvantaged communities identified by the EJScreen tool; and launch a program to provide free tree maintenance to private property owners within these communities. One intern position will be filled by an individual hired as part of a workforce development initiative, with the intention of teaching them key skills in the forestry profession, such as tree identification, health assessment, and planting techniques. Capability and Capacity. The project will be managed by Escondido Principal Planner ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ holds a Master of Urban & Regional Planning degree from University of California, Irvine, and has nine years of experience in Urban Planning. The project will be supervised by City Planner ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from University of California, Irvine, and has eight years of experience in municipal and long-range planning. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has experience in project management with the City of Escondido, as well as nearly three years of experience as a consultant, bringing an important perspective of project management from the internal consulting side. City Staff will select a responsible consultant with the lowest responsive quote or proposal, or whose quote or proposal provides the best value to the City. Staff expect to contract with an experienced urban forestry company with the ability to carry out the proposed work within the grant period and within federal grant requirements.
Capability and Capacity. SCC warrants that the Licensed Property together with other assets purchased by MEG are sufficient in both quantity and capability for the manufacturing of the Products. SCC shall remain responsible during the term of this Agreement to provide all tooling and fixtures necessary for the manufacturing of the Products. In the event SCC wishes MEG to manufacture new or additional Products, it shall be responsible for providing tooling and fixtures sufficiently in advance of the Product introduction date to permit MEG to manufacture and deliver Product in conformity with the lead-time requirements of this Agreement. Failure of SCC to provide such tooling, gages, jigs, and fixtures shall relieve MEG of its obligation to meet the Product delivery schedule as set forth herein.

  • Authority and Capacity Contractor and Contractor’s signatory each warrant and represent that each has full authority and capacity to enter into this Contract.

  • Experience, Financial Capability and Suitability Subscriber is: (i) sophisticated in financial matters and is able to evaluate the risks and benefits of the investment in the Shares and (ii) able to bear the economic risk of its investment in the Shares for an indefinite period of time because the Shares have not been registered under the Securities Act (as defined below) and therefore cannot be sold unless subsequently registered under the Securities Act or an exemption from such registration is available. Subscriber is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in the Company and has the capacity to protect its own interests. Subscriber must bear the economic risk of this investment until the Shares are sold pursuant to: (i) an effective registration statement under the Securities Act or (ii) an exemption from registration available with respect to such sale. Subscriber is able to bear the economic risks of an investment in the Shares and to afford a complete loss of Subscriber’s investment in the Shares.

  • Power and Capacity Each Shareholder has the power, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby. This Agreement constitutes each Shareholder’s valid, legal and binding obligation and is enforceable against such Shareholder in accordance with its terms, subject, however, as to enforcement, to bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent transfer, moratorium and similar laws of general applicability relating to or affecting creditors’ rights;

  • OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor has the operational and financial capability to perform the Contract.
