Cardholders Sample Clauses
The 'Cardholders' clause defines who is authorized to use a payment card issued under an agreement. It typically specifies the eligibility criteria for individuals or entities to be designated as cardholders, such as employees of a company or account holders themselves. This clause may also outline the responsibilities and limitations placed on cardholders, such as proper use of the card and compliance with security protocols. Its core function is to clearly identify and regulate who may access and use the card, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized use and ensuring accountability.
