Career Development Program. A. The Department encourages RNs’ efforts in enhancing and developing their professional careers, and will provide a career development program consistent with budget capabilities. For those RNs interested in career development a Personal Development Plan (PDP) or its equivalent should be developed in conjunction with their supervisor/preceptor. B. Participation will be voluntary and non-participation will not adversely impact the RN’s proficiency rating.
