Certificate of currency Sample Clauses

A Certificate of Currency clause requires a party to provide evidence that they hold current and adequate insurance coverage as specified in the contract. Typically, this involves supplying an official document from the insurer confirming the type and amount of insurance, such as public liability or professional indemnity, and the period of coverage. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the party is financially protected against specified risks, thereby giving the other party confidence that potential liabilities are covered during the contract term.
