Change Fees. Customer may request a change in the scheduled date of the Training Services, provided it gives E-SPIN sufficient notice and agrees to pay a change fee, as described below. Customer will not receive a refund if it attempts to cancel the Training Services other than requesting a change as described herein. If Customer or its Attendees do not attend a scheduled session without properly rescheduling, payment for such Training Services is forfeited. Customer may not reschedule Training Services more than one (1) time. For On Demand Training and Exams, Customer must use the Training Services during the defined period in which the access code is valid. For Classroom Training, Onsite Training, and Virtual Classroom Training, Customer may request a change in the scheduled date of the Training Services at least fifteen (15) full business days prior to the scheduled Training Services. Change Fees. In the event the Parties agree that a Change to the Game Platform or to the Services is required, the Parties shall follow the process for a Change Request Order set out in clauses 6.5 to clause 6.7. The agreed Change Fees and the agreed manner of payment of the Change Fees shall be recorded in the Change Request Order which shall be signed by the Parties and GGO shall pay the Change Fees as set out in the agreed Change Request Order. Such Change shall only be made available by AIL to GGO upon agreement of the Change Request Order between the Parties in writing. If the Parties cannot agree upon the Change Fee payable, AIL shall not be obliged to implement the Change.

(3) If Licensee does not approve the Additional Expenses, the Parties agree that this License Agreement shall be terminated, and the installation shall be cancelled; and;
(a) TrackMan will refund 100% of any fees paid by Licensee to TrackMan if the Agreement is terminated before TrackMan has begun installation of the Stadium Tracking System.
(b) TrackMan will refund any fees paid by Licensee to TrackMan minus any reasonable expenses incurred by TrackMan to facilitate the installation of the Stadium Tracking System, which shall be invoiced at cost plus a Ten Percent (10%) change fee if this Agreement is terminated after TrackMan has begun installation of the Stadium Tracking System.
