Change Fees Clause Samples

The Change Fees clause establishes the conditions under which a party may be charged additional fees for making changes to an existing agreement or service. Typically, this clause outlines what types of modifications—such as rescheduling, altering specifications, or requesting additional services—will incur extra costs, and may specify how those fees are calculated or when they are due. Its core practical function is to compensate the service provider for the administrative or operational costs associated with accommodating changes, while also discouraging frequent or last-minute alterations that could disrupt planning or resource allocation.
