Tracking System definition

Tracking System means M-RETS or PJM-EIS GATS.
Tracking System means the behavioral health capacity tracking system created pursuant to this section.
Tracking System means the generation information system, generation attribute tracking system or other system that records renewable energy generation meeting certain requirements of the tracking system and issues tradable instruments associated with that generation.

  • Seller shall maintain all records relating to the Product and the Program for five (5) years from the date the applicable Product is Delivered to Buyer, unless the Certification Standard or Tracking System require that such records be maintained for a longer period, in which case Seller shall maintain such records for such longer period.

  • At Buyer’s sole cost and expense, Buyer shall maintain an account in the Tracking System necessary or appropriate to permit Buyer to receive and retire RTCs.

Tracking System means the Compliance Instrument Tracking System Service where ARB compliance instruments are issued, traded, and retired.
