Change of Category. If the category assigned to you seems inappropriate, you may ask for a change of category, provided that you follow, depending on the cases, the procedures provided for by the regulations and, in any case, you are accepted by the entity that provides the service(s). If you wish, you may also request a change of category either generally or for financial instruments, investment services, or defined transactions subject to following the same procedures.
