Change of Membership. In the case where one member of a couple discontinues his or her membership (regardless of which member it is,) the remaining member would be charged the single dues rate.

9.3 The share of continuing royalties due to any outgoing Member from any recording publishing or other agreement shall be paid to him promptly upon receipt by or on behalf of the continuing members subject only to the recoupment of his share of outstanding advances as at the date of his departure and the continuing Members shall use their best commercial endeavours to procure
9.3.1 that no future advances made to them will be recouped from his future royalties, and
9.3.2 that all relevant third parties will account directly to the outgoing Member for such royalties.
9.4 The outgoing Member may only take any musical instrument or other equipment which is generally recognised as belonging to him (and in the event of a dispute as to ownership the decision of the Company's accountants or an Official of the Musicians’ Union shall be final) and if it is being leased or bought on hire purchase by the Group or in the Group name then before he takes possession of such instrument or equipment the outgoing Member will take over (and fully document the substitution of) all such commitments to the Group's satisfaction and shall indemnify the Group in respect thereof.
9.5 No Member may leave voluntarily or may be expelled until the completion of any forthcoming commitment for personal appearances performances or recordings which cannot be safely cancelled or which could not proceed if the outgoing Member were not a Member for that appearance performance or recording and:-
9.5.1 if a Member leaves the Group in disregard of any such obligation he shall be wholly liable for the adverse financial consequences arising from any third party claim related to a breach of such commitment caused by his departure...
Change of Membership. A. Change of membership in the Association by Class A Members and Class B Members shall be established by recording in the Public Records of a deed or other instrument conveying record fee title to the subject Residential Property, and, at the Association's election, by the delivery to the Association of a copy of such recorded instrument. The Owner designated by such instrument shall, by acceptance of such instrument, become a Member of the Association, and the membership of the prior Owner with respect to such conveyed land shall be terminated. In the event that a copy of said instrument is not delivered to the Association, said Owner shall become a Member, but said Member shall not be entitled to voting privileges enjoyed by its predecessor in interest until delivery of a copy of the conveyance instrument to the Association. The foregoing shall not, however, limit the Association's powers or privileges and the new Owner shall be liable for accrued and unpaid fees and Assessments attributable to the Residential Property acquired.
B. An Owner's membership interest in the Association shall not be assigned, hypothecated or transferred in any manner or way except as an appurtenance to the Owner's Residential Property. Membership in the Association by all Owners shall be compulsory and shall continue as to each Owner until such time as such Owner transfers or conveys of record all of its interest in the Residential Property upon which its membership is based or until said interest is {36205737;1) 16 transferred or conveyed by operation of law, at which time the membership shall automatically be conferred upon the transferee. Membership shall be appurtenant to, run with, and shall not be separated from the real property interest upon which such membership is based.
Change of Membership. Change of membership in the Association shall be established by recording in the Registry, a deed establishing record title to a Unit in the Condominium. The buyer shall deliver to the Board of Directors of the Association a photocopy of the deed showing the book, page and time of the recording of the deed in the Registry. The Board of Directors shall keep such photocopy on file as evidence of the grantee’s membership in the Association for all purposes, rights, and obligations as set forth in this Declaration and Bylaws. The Owner designated by such instrument shall thereby become a member of the Association. At such time, the membership of the prior Owner shall be thereby terminated.
Change of Membership. Te Taumata Hauora o Te Kahu o Taonui IMPB will provide notification to the Māori Health Authority of any subsequent change to their membership. MHA will have to role of maintaining membership records and terms.

(a) If a Member dies or ceases to be mentally or physically capable of acting as Member for any reason, the other owners shall elect a successor Member by a vote of the majority of the beneficial interests in the Camp in each of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and MBK family lines, or in the event of serious disagreement by a vote of the majority of the beneficial interests in the Camp. Each person who becomes a Member shall agree and direct in his or her last will and testament that his or her personal representatives shall transfer the membership and leasehold to the successor Member. No transfer shall be valid and effective unless (i) the transferee is elected to membership by the Board of Directors of Pocono Lake Preserve and (ii) the transferee is or becomes a party to this Agreement.
(b) The owners declare their intent that the provisions of this paragraph 9 and paragraph 10 be considered a binding contract to make a will, enforceable by and against their estates and their personal representatives after their deaths.
Change of Membership. The Parties acknowledge that the Project is contemplated as a network of organizations with mutual research interests and that it is anticipated that new members may want to join after the Project has been established.
10.3.1 A prospective new member may join following a process established by the Project Director and Steering and/or Advisory Committees. If application by a new member is accepted, the Parties agree to amend this Agreement to add the new member as a Partner. Once approved, Project Director will undertake to notify Name of Agency of the new Party using the mechanisms required by Agency.
10.3.2 Any Party other than Host Institution may, with sixty (60) days written notice to the other Parties and subject to Sponsor approval if required, withdraw from the Project. If a Party withdraws according to this provision they shall be considered removed as a Party to this Agreement effective as of the date of their withdrawal.
10.3.3 In the event that Project-related material and/or Joint Forward Intellectual Property has been created by the terminating Party during the term of this agreement, the Host Institution and the terminating Party shall mutually decide on the action to be taken regarding their continued use and protection by the Project until Project completion.
10.3.4 Parties shall be advised of changes to Project membership.
Change of Membership. Any changes of membership made by the guests may incur a $50 admin fee. Change of membership includes an adjustment to services and costs.
