Changes in Work Schedules. In situations other than emergencies, the scheduled employees are entitled to twenty-four (24) hours' notice by either phone call or email, if phone call is not answered, of any change in their respective work schedules. (b) If an employee is going to be late for work, absent from work the employee must notify their direct report or the Employer Casino Shift Manager/Security Manager at least ninety (90) minutes prior to their scheduled start time and for opening shifts, no later than 9:30 a.m. In the event that an employee is going to be late, he/she will give as soon much advance notice as possible. Employees' It is the Employers responsibility to ensure that there is a person available to receive employee calls.
