Changes to the Fees. (a) We reserve the right to change the Fees at any time.
(b) If we alter the Fees, we will give notice to you on your next ▇▇▇▇ and will also publish the changes on our website.
Changes to the Fees. 11.1. The weekly fees will increase annually on 1 April, by £125 per week. The fixed sum set out in this clause 11.1 will not increase and will remain at the applicable £125 for the length of your stay at the Village.
11.2. We will not apply the above price review to any part of your care and accommodation which is funded by Funded Nursing Care. Instead, this is a separate fee which will increase or decrease in line with our agreements with the relevant health authority and will not impact the amount you pay. The above price review will apply where you receive Continuing Healthcare and may increase the amount payable by you.
11.3. The level of care that you require (personal support or nursing) will affect the care and support you receive and, as a consequence your Fees. The level of care and support you required set out in your Life Plan.
11.4. If you are assessed as requiring a different level of care we will give 4 weeks’ notice in writing with the impact upon your Fees to you and your Representative. Shorter notice may be necessary if we are required to make the change with immediate effect to ensure your safety.
11.5. If you do not agree with a proposed fee increase (either as a result of the annual review or due to a change in your needs): x you can give us 4 weeks’ notice to terminate this agreement so that it comes to an end before the proposed increase takes effect; x you can refer our assessment to an independent, medical professional with whom we will cooperate and try to agree the appropriate level of your needs. If we are unable to agree to agree the level of care and support you require we may need to discuss whether your needs can continue to be met at the Village and potentially bring this Agreement to an end.
Changes to the Fees. We shall be entitled to increase the applicable fees for the Service at any time by giving you not less than thirty (30) days’ written notice, and such an increase will take effect from your next payment date after this notice period has ended.
Changes to the Fees. 8.1 The Fees we set for all our residents will be reviewed once each year (with effect on 1 April). We will give you and (where appropriate), your Representative 30 days' prior notice of any new rates which may apply. The increase will be calculated based on any increase the Retail Price Index plus 2.5% during the previous 12 months.
8.2 In addition to any annual fee review in accordance with Clause 8.1, we may increase or decrease the Fee as appropriate following a review of your Individual Care Plan. If we propose changes to your Individual Care Plan (which is reviewed regularly and at least every 6 months), we will give you at least thirty days' prior notice and any impact this may have upon your Weekly Fee (the amounts set out in Schedule 2 of this Contract).
8.3 We will arrange a consultation with you and/or your Representative before the change takes effect and we can provide (on request) written reasons for any such changes.
8.4 In limited circumstances, where your needs increase significantly and unexpectedly, we may make changes to your Services and the Fee with less than thirty days’ notice (but always at least seven days’ notice) to ensure your immediate safety.
8.5 If you do not agree with our proposed changes, you can:
8.5.1 give us 30 days’ notice to terminate (in accordance with Clause 26.1) and we will not make any changes to the Fees before you leave the Home;
8.5.2 refer our proposal to an independent expert. If the independent expert finds material fault with how we have undertaken our review or changed your Individual Care Plan, we will refund any increase we had made to the Fees and discuss next steps with you.
Changes to the Fees. The Service Fees set forth in Exhibit A may not be changed by Healtheon during the Term of the Agreement. Thereafter, Healtheon may change the Service Fees upon sixty (60) days prior written notice. Healtheon may change all other fees annually during the Term (and any renewal term) upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to NMS, with such fee changes to become effective on January 1 of the applicable calendar year.

Changes to the Fees. Architect reserves the right to change the Fees and institute new charges upon providing not less than 25 days prior notice to Customer. Architect will not increase Fees for the Services more than once during any 12-month period. If Customer does not agree to the price changes, Customer’s sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement as provided for in Section 7.
