Changes to the Generating Facility, Operating Records, and Operating Procedures a. The Customer-Generator agrees that no material changes or additions to the Generating Facility as reflected in the single-line diagram, relay list, trip scheme and settings of the Generating Facility, Generating Facility Equipment List, and three-line diagram (if the Generating Facility’s capacity is greater than or equal to 30 kW), shall be made without having obtained prior written consent from the Company, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. b. As a result of the observations and inspections of the Generating Facility (including but not limited to relay list, trip scheme and settings) and the performance of the verification tests, if any changes in or additions to the Generating Facility, operating records, and operating procedures and policies are required by the Company, the Company shall specify such changes or additions to the Customer-Generator in writing, and the Customer-Generator shall, as soon as practicable, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after receipt of such changes or additions, respond in writing, either noting agreement and action to be taken or reasons for disagreement. If the Customer-Generator disagrees with the Company, it shall note alternatives it will take to accomplish the same intent, or provide the Company with a reasonable explanation as to why no action is required by good engineering practice. (Additional terms and provisions to be added as necessary. Note: This parenthetical phrase should be deleted when the agreement is finalized.)

  • Standard Operating Procedures 46.01 Standard Operating Procedures shall not contravene the Canada Labour Code, the Canadian Human Rights Code, or the Collective Agreement, and an allegation of such contravention is subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time. The Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Whether or not the Large Generating Facility is eligible for the Transition Period LVRT Standard set forth in Appendix G will be determined by the Commission. The Large Generating Facility will comply with the Transition Period LVRT Standard pending issuance of an order by the Commission determining the appropriate LVRT standard.   • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice.
