Classroom Moves. Classroom moves are the responsibility of the Winner School District’s Maintenance Department, not Members of the Bargaining Unit. Teachers are responsible for moving their personal supplies/equipment only.
Classroom Moves. 33.01 The employer agrees that any classroom/worksite moves shall be done with the appropriate number of staff to ensure that the move is done in a safe and efficient manner using proper equipment.

Classroom Moves. In the event a licensed staff member is required by the principal or District to move to another classroom in the same building, the licensed staff member will be given two (2) duty-free days or the equivalent of two (2) days’ pay to complete the move. Licensed staff members will not be compensated for employee- initiated classroom moves. If a licensed staff member is hired after the beginning of the school year, not to include in- service week, the licensed staff member will be provided with two (2) duty-free days to set up their new classroom. If circumstances do not allow for two (2) duty-free days, the licensed staff member will receive two (2) days’ pay at their daily rate.
Classroom Moves. 19.10.1 This section (19.10) applies only to the following District-initiated classroom moves: ● the opening of a new school; ● the closing of a school; ● remodeling or new construction at a school; ● a major capital improvement at a school.

This compensation will be for packing and unpacking of classroom equipment, materials, and supplies to prepare for construction and then return to classroom for student instruction. Teachers will be paid upon completion of the move and submission of a timesheet subject to payroll timelines.
Classroom Moves. Any unit member who is requested by the District to change classrooms and agrees, or who is directed by the District to change classrooms, shall receive either $300.00 or two days of release time during the year to effectuate the move. B. Whenever possible, the employee shall be afforded the opportunity to confer with the classroom visitor before and/or after the visitation. C. This provision does not apply to administrators and Board of Directors members.

  • Rotation Where the Employer's designate and the Union's designate at the local level agree that shifts be rotated, the shifts shall be rotated on an equitable basis among the employees involved.
