Clean Condition Sample Clauses
The Clean Condition clause defines the requirement that a property or item must be returned or maintained in a clean and orderly state. In practice, this means that tenants, lessees, or users are obligated to ensure that the premises or equipment are free from dirt, debris, and damage beyond normal wear and tear at the end of a lease or use period. This clause helps prevent disputes over cleanliness standards and ensures that the property owner receives their asset in a condition suitable for immediate use or re-letting, thereby protecting the owner's interests and reducing turnaround time between users.
