Clean Up Premium. For performing duties outside of the scope of those normally associated with a trade, the Laboratory will pay a 10% premium for employees, who are “HAZ-WOP- PER” trained, for all hours worked (minimum of 4 hours) in the performance of environmental clean-up duties when such clean-up work requires Haz-Wopper trained personnel wearing “level C” or greater personal, protec- tive equipment. For purposes of clarification only, the following are examples of the types of work for which the 10% premium would not be applicable because they are not indicative of environmental clean-up duties. This list is illustrative and is not meant to be all- inclusive: a) Spray painting with epoxy paints b) Boiler water washing c) Pesticide/insecticide application d) Duct cleaning/painting e) Scarifying concrete with surface contamination

If during the first six months of the agreement, there are a significant number of disputes over what types of work are “environmental clean up duties,” the 10% premium will be paid only for activi- ties requiring “level B” or greater personal, protective gear. If the parties cannot agree as to whether or not a “significant number” of disputes occurred, this could be submitted to Federal Mediation for a binding decision.   • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows: 1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day. 2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week. 3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek. b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • BUYER’S PREMIUM A Buyer’s Premium fee of 10% of the Bid Price or $1,000 Auction Service Fee, whichever amount is greater, will be added to the High Bid amount. The High Bid amount plus the Buyer’s Premium equals the Total Purchase Price. SETTLEMENT to occur within 30 days from contract ratification date.   • - Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.
